Some years ago I tried making some bags.  This is the only one which survived because I threw the others out.  I found this one in a cupboard I hadn't looked in for months, all I had to do was add the handles.  I had made an autumn wall-hanging for someone on the Forum and these fabrics were leftover. And now I've lost the pattern.

Presents!

This is what Grandma and Grandpa gave me, it plays music.  I knew straight away how to play it.  They also gave me some books for reading on the plane.

Happy Birthday to me

Hello, it was my first  birthday party today.  Mum made a cake for me - with strawberries in it and on it.   Mmmmm I love strawberries.  Grandma and Dad took lots of photos of me.  I know that I have to smile when I see the cameras..

Garden girls

This is another Garden Girls project, a commission.  I did one a while back at the start of my patchwork journey. I think this one is a little more colourful.

For Jenny's friend

This did not turn out as I expected.  Oh, Well!  Above is the back of the quilt and to the right is the front.  It is an "I spy quilt".  Jenny asked for it to be bright, I think I got that right.  The borders on both sides have seahorses on them as well.  So that request was fulfilled.  The Mum-tobe asked for seahorses if possible.  No pattern, it just came together.

At Grandma's place again

Oh, that was funny!   We had to be quick that day, he was very active, bouncing this way and that, some of the pictures were very blurry.  That is a biscuit in his hand, he saw Daddy go to his bag, and get out something.  He said "food" in Japanese.  Is this a sign of things to come?

At Grandma's house.

This is Eirto, 11 months old,  carefully studying a new teddy.  He seems to take home a new toy each visit. I'll have to start making a few softies for him, because he's not taking the one I received from one of ladies on the Forum..

Olivia's quilt

Hooray, long sessions of unsuccessful tries, here is Olivia's quilt  The pattern was in Patchwork and Quilting USA. The parents picked aqua and white.
